Atlas Ball

Doing cross fit is a great workout except sometimes they have us do some weird things that are more like strong man type activities.  We once used a sledge hammer to hit a large tire and had to do 25 swings each arm.  Then we use these large cement balls of varying weight.  We picked them up and dropped them, repeatedly! I'm scared to do it because I'm afraid I'll break my foot when I drop it.  The one Kevin is holding is 118 pounds, I think.
