I Want that Guitar

Hendrix LOVES this guitar and wants me to get it down for him so he can play with it. Maybe one day!

Puppet Show

Marley and Grace got out the finger puppets and put on a little show for me.  Although the plot line was a bit on the loose side, it was fun to watch!

Dog Kennel

Hendrix LOVES Oscar and apparently, wants to sleep where Oscar does as well!!

Marley and Savy

Marley decided it would be a great idea to pick up Savy. I have no idea why kids do this!

Snug as a Bug

Marley and Grace like to take our master bed pillows and make a "nest" out of them.

"Teensy Diapers"

Grace still wears night-time diapers.  She would probably not wear any but I am too tired with Hendrix waking up all the time to go in to make sure Grace uses the bathroom in the middle of the night. 

Grace came to me and said, "You have teensy diapers mom!" And then showed me an underwear liner!

Tantrum Time

Little Rascal Boy is throwing a tantrum...which although shouldn't be funny,  it does make me laugh!

Tantrum Time

Hendrix has entered the tantrum phase.  He has started throwing little tantrums and lying on the floor.  Although I should not think it's funny, it does make me laugh.  He is so cute!

Making a Fort

Marley's little friend, Hendrix came over to play.  They had such a great time making a fort/castle!

Day of Dentistry

I took Marley and Grace to their first real dentist appointment.  Prior to this, the dentist has just glanced at their teeth.  Now that I think about it, with Marley being 5, she probably should have had a more real appointment sooner.  Same with Grace I suppose.  Maybe that is why we left the dentist office with a future appointment to take care of cavities.  They each had two! Yikes!  They did so wonderfully, though.  Grace was an absolute champ and did everything she was supposed to without any crying! Marley was just as fearless!  What wonderful girls!!

Pick a Book, Any Book

Hendrix likes to be read to and I usually ask him to pick out a book that he wants to look at/read.

Spinning Around and Around

This little seat that spins around at the park is one of Hendrix's favorites.  He loves to spin and spin, around and around! What a gem treasure!!

Baby Feet

I went into Hendrix bedroom while he was napping and found his adorable little feet sticking out of his crib. So darn cute!!

Weekend in Vegas

My high school friend, Necia, invited me and my other high school friend, Miranda down to visit her in Vegas so we could see Boy II Men.  We LOVED them when we were in high school and had seen them when they had come to the Delta Center in Salt Lake City.  It was such a great concert and I had a great time, but it was also kind of depressing...am I really old enough to be nostalgic about a band I loved in high school?! What is up with that!!!

 These pictures of Miranda frantically digging through her purse made it in the post because we are about to drop off the rental car and fly home, and she can't find her driver's license!!  I tried to call the casino that we went to the night before and was about to call our hotel, when I started looking around the car.  Happily, I found it between the passenger front seat the the door.  Can't believe that it didn't fall out of the car somewhere!
