Grace's cousins, the Bennett boys, gave her this Hello Kitty dress for her second birthday and she wanted to wear it. So you may not be looking at the dress as much as where the photo is being taken. I only stood her up there for the picture because it was easier for me to take it and I put her down after I took it! I know...mother of the year strikes again!!
