Since living with my in-laws while our new house stuff finalizes, we often go to the park that is just across the street from their home. We had gone to a Bees minor-league baseball game a few nights ago and Marley got a pink mini-bat and a ball and wanted to go to the park to play baseball
Even though Kevin sat rather close and tossed the baseball rather gently, Marley had trouble connecting with the baseball. However, she had no trouble connecting her bat to Grace's forehead. Grace was walking too close to Marley and Marley's swing was pretty wild and when the bat struck Grace, it left a little goose-egg. Poor Grace!!!
Grace's forehead looks awful. So Kevin and Marley traded positions: Marley pitched the ball to Kevin instead. This is probably much safer!
Look who decided to take a nap in the park...Jerry! Not really a surprise is it? Haha!
This was just too cute of Marley and Grandma Ruth picking dandelions together. Marley absolutely LOVES to pick flowers (and sometimes picks flowers she shouldn't!)
