Foo Fightin'

Kevin took me to see the Foo Fighters.  A couple of years ago he went to Reno with his brother to see them and wanted me to see them.  And see them we did when they came to Salt Lake.  I have to say that Dave Grohl puts on a GREAT show and has enough energy to go on for hours.  Even at the end of the concert, it seemed like he could've kept going for the rest of the night!

Toilet Paper & Bath Time

I left the girls alone in the tub for a short time, and came back to find a toilet paper mess, made by the one-and-only Grace, and Marley just lounging around in the tub (showing off her tan lines!)

You Like My Happy Pretty Nails?

When we were at the grocery store, Marley saw these fake press-on nails & she BEGGED me to buy them.  She was actually pretty patient & let me put them on.  However, the life of these nails is extremely short, especially when they're on the hands of a little girl who uses her hands A LOT!  After a few hours, the nails all came off.  They were cute while they lasted.

It's Waffle Time

Since Marley started her Spanish immersion preschool about one month ago, we've had to make breakfasts the more fast convenient kind (sadly, sometimes not as healthy as it should be) & one morning I made Eggo waffles.  I found Grace & Marley laying on my bed, munching down on the waffles together.

Sucker Face

When Grace sees Marley eating a sucker, she, of course, wants one.  I'm a bit to anal to let Grace run around the house eating the sucker because of the mess that goes along with it.  So, I put her in the high chair, & let her at it!  As you can see below, it's proof of why I just cannot allow her to eat a sucker while freely roaming (she is cute eating it though!)

Sleepy Time

As I've said before, I LOVE photos of my sleeping kids. They look so peaceful & angelic, and most of all, it mean PEACE & QUIET!  Grace just looks so cute sleeping in her little one-piece PJ's!

Halloween Gingerbread House

Marley's Grandma Ruth always has such fun crafts for them to make together on Tuesdays because that's the day Ruth watches the girls while I'm at work.  One day, Marley came home with this adorable Halloween gingerbread house she had made with her Grandma Ruth.

Ziggy Marley Concert

 We have seen Ziggy Marley in concert before and jumped at the chance to see him again in Salt Lake.  We even bumped our general admission seats to box seats, which were fabulous seats!!  Then some how Kevin managed to get back stages passes by buying the tickets through Ziggy's website, which made everything even better!!!  When we met him backstage, I asked him if I could give him a hug and was he ever quick to spurn that request and force us to sit down and take a picture! Haha!  We also got introduced to his opening band, Natty, which we also really loved! RESPECT!

 This was Natty, who we had never heard before but really, really liked listening to!

 This is one of Ziggy's back up singers! She had the softest cheek ever!!
